The Process
Product – select the item/s you wish to purchase.
Form – complete all sections of the online form.
Confirmation – we will send you an email confirming product/s availability, a quote for shipping, plus an invoice.
Internet Banking Payment – if the confirmation details and invoice meet with your approval then please arrange payments as per instructions on the invoice.
Registered Veterinary Medicine – this step only applies to products that are registered veterinary medicines and only available on prescription.
If the product/s you wish to purchase is a registered veterinary medicine, then you will need to send us a copy of the original prescription by one of the following methods:
a. Email
b. Post
c. Fax
Once your prescription is received by The Vet Warehouse we will verify this with the issuing veterinarian.
Order Shipped – once your payment has been received and prescription verified (if applicable), we will send you an email advising your order has been shipped, with delivery tracking details.
We will never share your email address with a third party.
